Israel Kamakawiwo’ole is this huge, fat, happy looking Hawaiian dude who plays the ukulele, and y’know, I never thought ukulele music could make me cry, but this song does. His voice is so pure and beautiful, and the lyrics… I just.. cry. It’s a happy, ‘I love life’ kind of crying, though.
